Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. Amazon’s Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team works to ensure that buyers receive authentic products. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers.

We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead our regional efforts in MENA. You will identify and prevent e-commerce abuse by designing and implementing policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. You will partner with numerous Amazon teams including Retail Categories, Marketplace, Product Quality & Safety, Public Relations, Legal, Compliance, and Brand Registry. You will be the primary point of contact for Amazon leadership in MENA on complex abuse topics and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from fraud and abuse.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, processes and tools to address product quality challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon. This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon’s reputation and the customer experience and trust.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world
  • Partner with Legal, PR, and Investigations to quickly handle and resolve critical challenges.
  • Create policies, strategies, and processes to protect buyers and enable business growth
  • Dive deep into data to find patterns for the challenges that buyers face while shopping on Amazon.
  • Conceptualize and launch large scale programs to resolve buyer issues. Track program progress and provide visibility to leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Proven analytical problem solving skills in a complex space
  • Self-driven. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or startup role, including in legal, IP protection, counterfeit protection, investigations, claims, and abuse roles
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, triage and prioritize work, and operate in ambiguity
  • Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Graduate degree
