The ideal candidate will be able…

· To lead, train and inspire your team to a high level of customer service.

· To personally deliver outstanding service in order to meet the needs of our customers.

· To maintain good standards of housekeeping on the shopfloor and off sale areas.

· To maintain a high standard of merchandising on the shopfloor, windows and in the cabinet displays.

· To monitor store performance and address specific issues.

· Ensure that health & safety and security procedures are being adhered to by all staff.

· Maintain a workplace environment that is welcoming to all staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.20 per hour
