Job Description:

HSE is seeking to fill several vacancies in various offices across the UK. There are both permanent and apprenticeship vacancies available. Please specify on your application form, which you would be interested in, should you not clearly specify, you will be considered for both roles.
Please note, apprenticeships are offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Level 2) or 16 months Fixed Term Contract (Level 3), depending on the position you are allocated, depends on the apprenticeships programme you will be enrolled on. You will be notified at the point of offer, how long your Fixed Term Contract is, should you be allocated an apprenticeship.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a quality professional service for HSE, answering calls, emails and other queries that arrive in the office, in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer services at all time.
  • The ability to report and analyze data from Excel would also be beneficial.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the delivery of the teams’ projects, working effectively as a team member.
  • Provide professional administrative services, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, in accordance with SLA’s and are to the required standard.
  • Input and process data on to the computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times, drawing conclusions from this data to make sound decisions.
  • You will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
