Job Description:

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed professionals. The CNC are going through a period of change; implementing and delivering our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This means you’ll work closely with the supply chain, making sure everything is in place to support the project and all service levels are being met.
  • You’ll also liaise with internal department leads and other key stakeholders to deliver a successful service model, ensuring that ERP, other support systems, services and deliverables are aligned with business needs.
  • You’ll manage the vendor support services, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
  • We’ll ask you to lead during the project stage in programme structure, and post-programme to lead and manage all service management engagement.
  • A vital part of your role will be to manage the spend and resources within agreed budgets.
  • You’ll use your excellent communication and influencing skills to broker effective communications and coordinate resolution of issues escalated from stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • In this incredibly important role, you’ll lead and manage all service management engagement between the CNC and the vendor supply chain.

Job Requirements:

  • You’ll have experience of managing vendors, partners, suppliers and technical teams, including vendor support service management and ensuring their compliance with contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
  • You’ll have designed service delivery models, preferably for ERP transformation projects with experience of Oracle Fusion.
  • You’ll have backed up this impressive experience with great communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership capability.

Qualification & Experience:

  • It would be advantageous if you had a qualification in Contract Management, or a willingness to develop your skills and gain this qualification.
