Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Wakefield
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Rotating days, nights, lates including weekends
Closing Date: 8th November 2022 (subject to change)

  • To support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation meeting goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to site continuous improvement agenda
  • Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills
  • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
  • Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have similar experience in a warehouse team leader or senior operative role
  • Management of a team in a warehouse environment
