Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Cross functional collaboration across the LLP to identify cost down opportunities / resolution of issues
  • People management of a team of 1 x planning supervisor (responsible for 8 planners) and 1 x Senior Planner, providing ongoing development and creating an environment for a high performing
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management both internally and externally
  • Comply with best practice and highest standards and ensure these standards are consistently achieved, reviewed and improved
  • Support and develop a culture of respect and trust, delivering high performance within the team

  • A good degree of computer literacy, with knowledge of MS Office including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong and effective self discipline in relation to organisational skills, prioritisation and workplace time planning and process work methods
  • Experienced people manager in a customer pressured environment
  • Background in planning/logistics/supply chain
