Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective management on building related projects including Building Services Engineering – Building fabric, Mechanical and Electrical, across all the Agency’s sites.
  • Provide effective management relating to real estate’s matters affecting the efficient running of the estate.
  • Responsible for reporting of regular and timely information to Estates Project, Property and Security Stream Lead, Services Stream Lead and/or Head of Estates.
  • Assist and provide estates and property knowledge to Estates Senior Management Team to help develop future Estates Strategy.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Policies, Data Protection, and Security Policies and understand relevant employment law.

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have experience of working in a facilities management, mechanical, electrical, or building based role.
  • You will be resilient in the face of challenge and thrive managing a diverse workload, welcoming autonomy to your role.
  • You can also be adaptable and flexible, adjusting to the requirements and strategic direction of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, along with strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
