TeacherActive are proud to be working with a Nursery based in the Cardiff area. This is a Nursery that strives to create the best environment possible for the young pupils as they start their education journey. These children are surrounded by a safe but engaging classroom where they can learn, grow and flourish with their friends and teachers.
The school is looking for a Nursery Assistant to support their morning classes, Monday – Friday starting in January 2023. You will be expected to work between the hours of 9am – 12pm in a long-term, temporary role that could potentially be permanent for the right member of staff. The successful Nursery Assistant may need to support with feeding, personal care, nap times and more.
The salary will be paid at a rate of £10 – £13 per hour.
The Successful Nursery Assistant Will Have
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work closely with the children
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Ability to keep children motivated and engaged
- Keen to provide the best environment for the children
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
